why does a deep sea diver carry oxygen cylinder on his /her back?

because divers goes under the seas contain waters and under water they can't able to get oxygen so they take the cylinders which contain oxygen for breathing...

as the sea level decreases the availability of oxygen also decreases. to fullfill the need of oxygen sea divers carry oxygen cylinded on their back
