A democratic country need a constitution because:-
:-Constitution helps in outlining the role and rights of citizens as well as defining the structure and power of the government and it's organs like executive, judiciary, legislature.
:-Constitution indicates the nature of future society which has to be built by the joint effort of the state and the society.
:-Thus the constitution is essentially maps the framwork for the Future and how current situation should be modified for a better future
