democracy in a democratic state the need of the Constitution else without contest constitution the government cannot work easily and the all works of the government for the pending so it is the need of a constitution in democratic country

A democracy country needs constructional:
★ the Indian constitution recognize every person as equal.
★every individual in the country, including male and female person from all castes , religion, tribes ,educational and economic background are recognized as equal.
★it is not to say that inequality cases to exist.
