Because I uses water to make air cool. So, by using desert cooler you can get a soft relief in a hot day.

Now the question comes that:-

Why I don't prefer AC instead of Cooler?

The simple answer for that is...

AC simply removes the hot air out side the room and make the room dry which can cause Dehydration of skin. That's why I myself prefer Cooler instead of AC.
