why does a empty bottle colapse when kept in a fridge explain in detail​

Answer:

When kept inside the refrigerator, the water vapors inside the bottle will condense, leaving a lot of empty space inside the bottle. The air outside the bottle will exert extra pressure which would lead to the bottle collapsing.
