Hello Friend !

THE GUN APPLIES A FORCE ON THE BULLETAND THE BULLET IN TURN APPLIES A FORCE ON THE GUN.THIS MAY BE EXPLAINED BY NEWTON`S THIRD LAW :-

EVERY ACTION HAS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION.

Hope this helps !!

Rashikarande: Thanks

Newtons third law of motion , every action has a equal and opposite reaction, the gun 's bullet moves forward , the gun moves backward

hope it's help you

dikshantb20: it also contains law of conservation of linear momentum
