As a person who has already suffered from small pox not suffer from it again because as the WBC's in our body will recognize the virus and remember it forever. So if next time the virus will enter the body so the WBC will fight against it with all power and prevent it from being spread and caused in the body again.

Answer:

When our body comes across to face a disease like smallpox in the first time then our immune system of the body produces antibodies to protect the body and fight for the pathogen or the germs. ... So this is the reason that if any person suffers from smallpox then he or she normally does not again suffer from smallpox.
