As we know plant cell is surrounded by cellulosic cell wall which is dead as it won’t contain protoplast. Because of this cell wall the cell wont show any change in shape or size under any conditions

The outer layer of the plant cell provides a perfect structure and also protects the cells.

  • Plants give us food and also balance oxygen levels for living things.
  • Plants cells are different from animal cells.
  • Cell wall which gives plants cell a structure is present in only plant cells.
  • The cell wall around the cell in plants is responsible for their shape and their protection.
