Why does all the water of earth does not evaporate during summers?

Answer: Hi!!!
Water has high latent heat of vapourization , so it takes a large amount of heat to get converted into vapour(although evaporation takes place continuously on the surface). In the water bodies on earth there is huge mass of water which takes a very huge amount of heat . That much heat is not produced at once during the season so water doesn't evaporate at once.
