Why does all the water of the earth not get evaporated during hot summer days?

because the atmosphere can hold only a certain amount of water vapour after that the precipitation takes place in the form of rain .so all the water can't be evaporated...

There are many reasons behind this:-

1) Our earth has two hemispheres (north/south). if their is summer in one hemisphere than their is winter in the other.

2) The water in the deep oceans is cold because the sunlight doesn't reach their and only the water at the surface gets evaporated. It takes a lot time in the procedure.

3) Water has high latent heat of vaporization , so it takes a large amount of heat to get converted into vapour
