The Atomic Size of Nitrogen is Exceptionally Small making it highly Electronegative... whereas Phosphorus is not that much Electronegative compared to nitrogen ... As the atomic size is small and Electronegativity is Higher in nitrogen .. it can easily form hydrogen bonding due to Dipole-Dipole Interaction.Which is Stronger than Weak London forces in PH3...Hence boiling Point of NH3 is Higher than PH3
