Alcohol releases some sort of fumes in our brain that affects cerebellum present in our brain.The role of CEREBELLUM is to control the motions of body.So when it gets affected a person is unabke to walk properly.

because due to effect of alcohol the cerebellum is unable tu co-ordinate muscular movements properly.
