Heya dear !!

Aluminium is a metal (as metals are good conductors of heat) aluminium conducts heat readily as well as release heat readily compared to wood which is a bad conductor of heat as it takes long time to get heated up as well as long time to release heat. Hence aluminium window frame feel colder to touch than a wooden frame.

Metals are excellent thermal conductors which basically means they get hot real quick if external heat source is applied and conduct it through the bulk of its material. It also means it easily gives it away if there is an appropriate heat sink available. The sink being your hand in this case since its at a lower temperature. Similarly if your hand was at a higher temperature and the metal at a lower temperature then that metal gladly conducts that heat away from you.
Wood being a thermal insulator does everything above exactly opposite.
