why does bee sting cause pain and irritation ? rubbing of baking soda on the sting area gives relief. how?

because when bee stings, it injects acid in our body and rubbing baking soda which is a base in nature gives relief as it neutralises the effect of acid.

because the bee sting have acidic nature and baking soda is basic, so when they react , it became nuetral
