Why does disguised employment not help in productivity of a country ? Explain with the help of an example

disguised unemployment does not help to enhance the productivity of the country because these additional workers are acctually not required for the work, without they being there the productivity would be the same, they are not employed instead as the name suggests they are disguised employees. we can see agood example of disguised unemployment mostly in family business where additional members of the family keep joining the home business but do not productively add to the business because they join it for the convenience sake and not on the basis of need

Hey...
Firstly we know about disguised unemployment...
It is a situation in which more workers are working in an activity than people required.
And when more peoples will work in same sector more than its requirement then that will not prove bad for other sector means a place where peoples are required for work and there people are not working instead of that people are working in other sector.
So .. disguised unemployment is not helpful for productivity of country..
