Why does distilled water do not conduct electricity but rain water does

distilled water has no minerals or salt in it where as rain water has salt and Minerals dissolved in it.
hands in water conducts electricity whereas distilled water does not

Distilled water does not contain ions which is required for the conduction of electricity.
However rain water ( contains mild acid like carbonic acid, etc.) form contain ions and hence conduct electricity.
