Distilled water is the pure form of water and it does not have any kind of ions in it like Fe, Zn, K, etc.

Normal water or water other than the distilled water have free ions in it which helps in the conduction of electricity.

The negatively or positively charged ions present in water help in conduction of electricity.

And because distilled water does not have any kind of free ions in it, it is incapable of conducting electricity.

Well water, Rainwater and the normal water which is supplied to households are not pure and have suspended free ions in it which help in conduction of electricity.
