HERE IS YOUR ANS

During sexual reproduction gametes fuse to form zygote. The gametes areformed by meiosis in which the amount of DNA is half than in somatic cells. When two haploid gametes fuse zygote is formed which is diploid. Thus, the amount of DNA remains same duringsexual reproduction.
