Why does electron not loss it energy since electron continiously move around nucleous .

Because they don't revolve. It is not"stationary orbit", it is "stationary state", and stationary means, there is no overall change, no acceleration, that could cause the charge to emit radiation. Electrons are not orbiting the nucleus like in the Bohr model, they simply are there around the nucleus.
