why does Feb as 28 0r 29 days why not any other month like november etc.?
why it cannot have 30 or 31 days ????

feb cannot have 28 to 29 days because in a year febrary is   only a leap month .

Feb had 30 days and December had 29 days. It was Alexander the great who added 2 more days to Dec. As leap year comes only 4 years once he said the people 1 more extra day will be added to Feb. That's why it has 29 days.
