no is not write ,if you use graphical method and solved correctly ,then it will never wrong.

Graphical method sometimes goes wrong-
●Not correct plotting
●If there no unique solution
●Cannot take out the vertices
So best is elimination,Subsitution or Cross multiplication

Our assuming of x and y is right for equation but doesn't give correct plots for solutions

because it can be infinite solutions or no solutions
if no solution how does line intersect
parallel
they do not intersect
