Why does heat in summer get very oppressive just after rainfall?

When Water Droplets Seep Into The Ground, The Heat Trapped Beneath The Soil Is Freed, Increasing The Temperature. It Also Gets Humid As The Water Becomes Vapour.

So Heat In Summer Gets Oppressive Just After Rainfall.
