why does hellen Keller says that she begins to write the story with a kind of fear. in the book " The story of my life."

It was very difficult for Helen to write about her past. It is very difficult for anyone to remember most difficult and painful moments of their lives. Helen was both dead and blind. She couldn't express herself. She used to cry, kick others. break and hit things in frustration because she couldn't communicate with other people. She never imagined that she could express herself to everyone one day. Hence, remembering her past and writing it was like a fear for her.
