Why does HIV not transmitted through saliva?

It's does not transmits through saliva because it does not involve blood. Actually there is no blood transmission through saliva.

HIV is not transmitted through saliva bcoz there is no blood transmission over there.
Unless there is visible blood in saliva, it is not considered a body fluid through which HIV can be transmitted.
