Why does it take less time to prepare curd in summers as compared to
preparing it in winters?​

  • At warm condition bacteria turn the milk into curd. So in summer the temperature is high and favourable for the bacteria growth. As a result, the bacteria multiply faster which leads to change the milk into curd. That iss why it takes more time in winter for the curd to set compare to summer time.
