as we know that curd is prepared with the help of bacteria, lactobaccilus that converts lactose sugar into lactic acid so there are certain conditions today flourish bacteria one's of them is warmth temperature due to this curd take less time in summer

as we know that curd contains lacobacillus bacteria, lactic acids have warm temperature, so they take less time to prepare curd in Summer as compared to preparing in winter
