It takes longer to dry wet clothes in a humid weather because the humidity content of the air is very high that is the water vapour present in the atmosphere is very high. Increase in humidity will decrease the rate of evaporation as there will be less space in the atmosphere to carry the so-evaporated water vapour when it's content that is the water vapour content is already high in the atmosphere. So the evaporation is a slow and long process.

Hope it helps :)
