Lime water becomes milky because carbon dioxide reacts with CaO and forms precipitate of CaCO3 which is white in colour.

Hey,
Ur answer is here,

Limewater turns milky when we blow CO2 into it. As we all know that we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. So when we blow CO2 into Limewater it reacts with lime water and form calcium carbonate which turns it into milky.

Hope it helps you ☺️
