The Geographical north and geographical south are conventionally used for navigation purpose. These two poles are fixed and never changes their position becouse these are man made.
While on the other hand magnetic North and South Pole are formed due to the movement of molten magma inside the inner core of the earth. This moving molten magma act as a huge magnet and it continuously keep on moving. due to continuous movement of this huge a magnet the magnetic North and South Pole of the earth continuously changes their position and in Fixed time period magnetic north pole rotates from geographical North to geographical are south and then again to geographical us out to geographical and north.
