why does medical syrup contain store in cool and dry place written on it?

if it is kept cool and dry, no reactions can happen to it. in room temprature it can expire.
only very high quality syrups survive room temprature

because water may spoil the contentrated solution into dilute and if it is in wet place it can spoil the medicine.if we store it a cool place the chemical donot get spoil because the rays of tye has a capacity to spoil the concentration of syrup so they will advice to store it in a coool and dry place
