Why does menstruation occur?

because when girl come in puberty age then the ovary start realising egg and if the egg does not get sperms to fertilised then the thick linning of blood capillaries present in uterus and when egg dies then mensturations start.

Menstruation is a process occur every month because one egg is released from the ovary and at the same time, uterus prepared itself to receive the fertilised egg. Thus, the inner lining of the uterus gets thickened and is supplied with blood to nourish the embryo.
