HEY MATE...HERE IS UR ANSWER....⬇️⬇️⬇️
Mumbai is on the sea bank . There is continous flow of the sea breeze throughout the year ,so that the hot or cold air doesn't remain for so long that is why the temperature is niether too hot nor to cold.
Where as in North India(Delhi,Punjab,up,harayana etc),there is too hot in summer and too cold in winter,due to absence of former condition discussed.
