Why does Nepal have a history of frequent changes of constitution?

➡️It is because of the reason that before about 10 years , Nepal was ruled as a monarcik and the citizens felt it difficult to inhabit so that they faught for a Democratic Government and then finally them won and written it's constitution in 2005.
