Why does not blue blood come out when we get hurt?

Our blood contains a red pigment called haemoglobin which gives the red colour to our blood.Thus, when we get hurt red blood comes out of our body and not blood.

 blue blood does come out when we get hurt because the pigments which give color to the blood i.e hemoglobin is red in color , but not blue in color
