Democracy is the government that is elected by the people and works on several different opinions of the common mass and not only one person. It's quite obvious that some opinions might differ among such great diversity. If an opinion resolves the problem for a group of people, it might create a problem for the other! This is why democracy cannot prove to be the solution of "all the problems"...
