According to the Cartesian sign convection in the physics textbook. All distances to the left are taken negative.The concave mirror is positioned to the left side and therefore it has a negative sign.As per the height of the object. The distances taken upward it is positive. So the height of the object is positive... If you have another doubt please refer the textbook..
