why does our fingers produces sound when we fold them.

Because when we fold fingers the bones joints produce sound

Cracking sounds occur when bubbles from in joints they are pulled apart.Cavitation within the joint , Small cavities of partial vacuum form in the synovial fluid and then rapidly collapse producing a sharp sound, rapidly stretching of ligaments.
