Why does our heart beat faster in danger or unsecure situation?
Answers
Answer: this is because when brain senses danger then it pass messages through nerves, that some danger is coming and we able to decide wheather to stay and fight the danger or to run away from it. This reaction is called "flight or fight reaction". When we get fear, the brain release a chemical called adrenaline, which speeds up your breathing rate and your heart rate too. So our heart beats faster than normal rate when we are in danger or in insecure situation. This happens not only in danger or insecure situation but also when we see a horror movie, when results of our final examination were to outcome, when we have to say a speech or poem or anything in front of whole school college and many more situations like this, at that time we should take a deep breath and think positive.
