this happens due to evaporation. as we know evaporation cause cooling when heat is absorbed. the acetone or perfume gains energy from our body since it's temperature is less than our palm and due to the fact that energy travels from a warmer body to a cooler body. this taking of energy from our palm makes our palm feel cool....
