Why does patty call her sister 'princess pooh?' what does patty have against her sister?

Patty called her sister Princess Pooh because her sister used a wheel chair for moving. Little Patty did not knew that her sister was unable to walk therefore she used wheelchair. Hence, she thought the wheelchair to be some kind of throne and her sister to be a Princess.

Patty was indeed jealous of her sister because she went to a school across the road and Patty has to go by bus to her school which was far. At the shopping mall her father used to move the wheelchair and her mother used to hold her sister's crutches and little Patty has to carry all the load.
