as we know that the particles are potassium permanganate is very small and as we know that the intermolecular space of water are also present means inverter between the particles there is also some space in which potassium permagnet settle and as we know that the particles of water has some kinetic energy and they move continuous this helps to dissolve potassium permagnet completely.
