Answer:
RIVER IS A LIQUID AND LIQUIDS HAVE THE PROPERTY OF FLUIDITY WHICH MEANS THAT THE PARTICLES INSIDE WATER WATER HAVE LESS FORCE OF ATTRACTION MEANS THEY R NOT TIGHTLY PACKED MOLECULES IN WATER WHICH MAKES IT TO FLOW.
IF RIVER IS ENCLOSED FROM ALL 4 SIDES OR ALL SIDES IT WILL SATY BUT IF RIVERS R OPEN OR R NOT ENCLOSED TOTALLY THEY WILL KEEP FLOWING UNTIL THEY REACH THE ENCLOSED REGION
HOPE THT HELPED THNKS
