Why does some humans members are confused to do or they fear when they talk with elder members

the membranes and the ceribrum will react and the brain automaticaly sends a message which is hiden fear which is sometimes in direct respect ..acording to me it is good.

Some humans are confused or usually fear to talk with their elders because it's already set in their mind that they're elders and may scold him or her.
She/ he me also get their beating at their mistake.
There's usually happens when any child meets any strict elders.
This is actually an obedient behaviour towards his/ her elders.
It's respect towards them.
Children are confused while talking to a person who ask maths questions from children or any funny person.
This is a fear set in their deep heart's core.
It's usually helpful and show children correct way but sometimes it acts as and negative effect upon them.
They no more remain self confident and sometimes show hating behaviour towards their elders at the back of them.
So, it's good that children are afraid from the Guardians/ elders/ parents/ teachers etc.
But we all must be polite with them so that they may never have a hating behaviour towards us because this may destroy his mentality and even personality too.
They may develop inadequate personality which would stand as a hindrance or an obstacle in gaining success.
Anyway in a positive manner this fear makes them perfect and make their conscience active.
And they follow the good and progressive path .
So , give children fear but don't pierce it in their mind and heart.
