Why does surface tension decreases with increase in concentration?

This is caused by the friction between molecules. Compared to viscosity, surface tension is asimpler phenomenon. It is basically stable, changed mostly by temperature and chemicals that modify the bonding characteristics of the molecules. As temperature decreases,surface tension increases.
