table salt becomes wet because it absorbs liquid water and water vapour present in the air and it's hygroscopic in nature. it absorbs moisture from the atmosphere which contains high humidity in rainy season. due above reason table salt is wet in rainy season!

Table salt is hygroscopic in nature which means that it will absorb moisture(water vapour) from the atmosphere without dissolving. Thus,as a result of absorbing moisture table salt becomes moist during rainy seasons due to high amount of moisture..
