Why does the colour of copper sulphate solution change when an iron is dipped in it? Mention the new colour formed?

This colour change occurs because of the displacement reaction that takes place.Iron being more reactive than copper displaces it from copper sulphate solution and copper is deposited on the iron.Tye solution turns green I.e. Iron sulphate solution
