When an "iron nail" dips into the solution of "copper sulphate" than iron, the copper sulphate displaces copper because "iron" is "more reactive" than "copper". Hence the colour of the solution for copper sulphate changes.

Hola Mate ..
When an iron nail is dipped in blue coloured copper sulphate solution , the solution turns pale green due to the formation of iron sulphate.
The following displacement reaction takes place.
Fe + CuSO4 -> FeSO4 + Cu
Iron being more reactive than copper , displaces it from its aqueous solution. This changes the colour of the solution.
FeSO4 is pale green in colour.
