why does the driver of vehicle wipe the glasses inside even if the wiper working on on outer surface of the glasses when he drives in rain?

DUE TO MOISTURE IT APPEARED TO BE FADED INSIDE ALSO THATS WHY DRIVER WIPES GLASSES INSIDE ALSO

THIS IS BECAUSE THE WINDOW INSIDE GETS COVERED WITH CONDENSED WATER VAPOUR. AND SO APPEARS FADED
