why does the eutetic reaction happen in constant tempereture

will added to the system then equilibrium will shift towards the left to consume the excess of Cl2 (le chatelier's principle​). If equilibrium will shift to left it will generate the heat. If volume is constant then the heat released in the system will increase the temperature of the system.
