Ans ➡️ Because when we Never use them as an excuse for dangerous or illegal parking. You MUST NOT use hazard warning lights while driving or being towed unless you are on a motorway or unrestricted dual carriageway and you need to warn drivers behind you of a hazard or obstruction ahead.

A US-market bike might have flashers if the manufacturer sells the same model in Europe and does not make a different edition of it. The emergency light or Hazard Warning Lights' purpose is to warn other road users that the vehicle is a Hazard for them so that they exercise caution when they are around it.
